Create an inspiring brand.
The creation or evolution of a brand responds to issues raised by the company's managers. By conducting a series of interviews, we are able to align the brand's ambitions with the values held by the managers, to create a unique positioning and identity , then to bring them to life in campaigns.

Preparing to change brands
It all starts with immersion within the company and a detailed understanding of the transformation project . We become a full member of this team throughout the change alongside the Executive Committee and the teams. Together, we determine the strategy, the phases and objectives to be achieved, the budget and planning.

Manage operations with teams.
Our involvement is total alongside the teams. We supervise each step and assist those in charge of delivery. Our role is that of a link between all stakeholders so that the project is delivered on time and at the determined price. We are putting in place a change support plan in this critical phase where everyone must be mobilized to succeed in this transformation .

Deploy the brand everywhere.
We can work with each provider on how the brand should be expressed in its context. From offices to head office, a digital platform, a boutique or corner, a product, a foundation to stationery, nothing is left to chance. To facilitate transmission and ensure brand consistency , we create and share a brand book and a graphic charter.

Reveal and launch the new identity.
Together with the CFO, we determine a detailed budget. It is built with those responsible for each major activity and validated by the Comex. Each is then organized over time and discussed with the teams in charge. Accountability is at the heart of successful rebranding.
