Founded in 2017, Innovactions comes from 15 years of work in a communications agency. The questions asked by the leaders of the companies with which we collaborated went well beyond their campaigns. We felt their need to confide in someone who could understand their problems but who would not be within the company.
This is the positioning chosen by Innovactions, a central contact for management, a facilitator for their employees, capable of navigating between the different management and with the different stakeholders involved, agencies or service providers.

A specialist in brand management and strategy, Christophe has been supporting companies in these areas for more than 20 years in Europe, North America, and the Caribbean.
He has shared the thoughts of leaders in many industries and helped them realize and implement their projects at critical moments such as the creation of a business, a product launch, a brand change, a strategic choice, or a crisis management.
A graduate of marketing from Sciences' Com in France, he completed an MBA in management at McGill and HEC Montreal, in Canada.

Xavier previously gained experience in various roles for the brands of the Richemont and LVMH groups.
